Your personal values drive your behavior. Knowledge of an individual’s values help to tell us WHY they do things - their intrinsic motivators. This report uses the latest information available about human cognition and memory. A total of 23 pages of rich content is arranged in easy-to-remember categories using an interactive page layout.

YOUR BEHAVIORAL STYLE

Over 25 pages of detailed analysis of “how” you do what you do. Behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can develop strategies to meet the demands of their environment. A person’s behavior is a necessary and integral part of who they are. In other words, much of our behavior comes from “nature” (inherent), and much comes from “nurture” (our upbringing). It is the universal language of “how we act,” or our observable human behavior.

In this report we are measuring four dimensions of normal behavior.

Over fifty years of scientific research has revealed that there are three distinct dimensions in the process of thinking: people, tasks, and systems. These three “dimensions of thinking” are involved in every judgment or decision we make. People use all three of these dimensions in their thought processes. It is the ratio with which we apply them that makes us different from one another. We all have different balances of the three dimensions; that’s what makes our decisions and actions different from each other’s. These dimensions, and how we use them, are at the core of who we are. They are behind our preferences, our strengths, and our weaknesses. What’s optional:

PROFESSIONAL COACHING - Buy up to six sessions and receive a discount. We strongly encourage at least two sessions (which can be taken together to receive a comprehensive debriefing of your assessment results) by a highly skilled, professionally certified coach. All coaching sessions scheduled at your convenience and held via telephone (except the full-day on-site option).

YOUR ROLE or JOB’S TALENT REQUIREMENTS (optional) - The role/job profile survey identifies the job’s reward culture, behavioral requirements and soft skill attributes that are necessary to perform the job. The online assessment link is separate from your personal talent link so you can have your boss or other subject matter expert complete the job profile if you desire (find out what your boss thinks is important in the job). This gives you the ability to see how your view and your boss’ view of the job’s soft requirements differ. You’ll start by developing the key accountabilities in the job followed by completing the online job profile. 

EVALUATE YOUR READINESS FOR CHANGE (included with job profiling)
Whether looking at your life roles or job roles, your ability and percieved challenge to execute specific activities tells us where your tension is and where change needs to occur. You’ll receive a ChangeGrid and debriefing around the results. Coaching sessions will be much more focused on pinpoint maneuvers to help you make and sustain change.

FULL-DAY FAST START DEBRIEFING (optional)
Add a full-day on-site coaching intensive to become fully engaged in the process of change. You’ll receive a debriefing on all assessment results, create a personal mission statement and develop an action plan for desired changes you want to make. We’ll use the results of the day to guide future coaching sessions.
