Terry Trace, located in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area, served 21 years in the US Air Force. The first 8 years he installed and maintained communications-electronics equipment in Air Traffic Control facilities. Looking for a better career fit, Terry transferred into recruiting, spending the next 10 years counseling high school and college students who were interested in becoming members of the Air Force. Terry completed his military career as an instructor supervisor in the Air Force electronics schoolhouse. After retiring from the Air Force, he served as an executive/professional recruiter at an international recruiting firm and now works with entrepreneurs wanting to select and invest in franchise businesses.
