Developer of Career Coaching for Students™

Career Coaching for Students™ is a program that students in high school or college can use to gain clarity around their talent and learn about career choices that are a good fit to their talent. The program is successfully used by parents with their son or daughter, by school administrators and guidance counselors and by career coaches. A facilitator’s guide is available for those wanting to deliver the classroom content to a class or in a workshop setting.

The student receives a heavy-duty 3-ring binder with guidebook, 18 step-by-step exercises and two assessments to identify talent-related careers and jobs. The assessment reports go much deeper than anything you’ve experienced before, providing information about what drives the student, their behavioral strengths, communication preferences and more.
